Terms for Using the Decatur Spout Website
The ground rules for this site and the phone number on it, in plain words.
What this site is
Decatur Spout publishes information about gutter work in metro Atlanta and a phone number for arranging it. How calls are handled, who does the work and how the site is paid are explained on How the referral works.
The information on the site
Prices, sizes and timelines here are general information drawn from published sources. Your house, the quote you're given and the conditions on the day decide the real numbers. Nothing on the site is a quote, a warranty or engineering advice.
Work on your home
Any gutter work is agreed directly between you and the company doing it, including the price, the schedule, the warranty and any permits. Decatur Spout isn't a party to that agreement and isn't responsible for the work.
Calls
Calls to the number on this site are logged as described in the privacy policy. {{TODO: confirm call recording}}
Using the site
Don't copy the site's text or drawings for commercial use without permission, and don't try to break, overload or scrape it.
No warranty on the site
The site is provided as is. We work to keep it accurate, but we can't promise it has no errors or is always available.
Limits on liability
To the extent the law allows, Decatur Spout isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses from using this site or from work arranged through it.
Georgia law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
Changes and questions
We may update these terms; the version on this page is the one that applies. Questions go to {{TODO: email}}. These terms took effect on October 13, 2026.
