Who picks up when you call

The number on this site is a tracking line that forwards your call to an independent gutter company serving your area. Someone from that company answers, usually a scheduler or the person who will come out. {{VERIFY: confirm the routing, and whether calls are answered with the company name}}

That company sets up the visit, measures, gives you a price and does the work. Any agreement for the work, including price, schedule and warranty, is between you and that company.

Are your partners licensed and insured?

Georgia requires a state license for residential contracting work valued over $2,500, with exemptions for specialty trades and for repair work done with a written statement that the worker isn't licensed. The state doesn't say plainly whether gutter-only work counts as a specialty trade, so a gutter company may or may not hold a state license.
